Whether it is the wrong way up about the lower side from the dial like the vast majority of clock and not normal (IV/IIII,V, VI and so on) engraved inside the dial. Will anyone enlighten me about it? I purchased a clock where by I locate the orientation is just not upside down in the dial and when that is not the proper oriention I will return it.V
